Field Data Collection
On-field resolution requires accurate collection of data. With our data collection module, field teams can capture the data under tedious conditions like no data connectivity. Capper ORS provides dedicated GPS system, on device storage to capture the data and send as soon as data connectivity is available. It also integrates with custom forms to evolve with the change in processes.
OT Feedback
Information from a historical database allows the field team to take more informed decisions and take them faster. OT feedback module provides the historical trends of the equipment with maintenance history and any past events and alarms reported. It also maps the data generated by the equipment with the process making it easier for the field team to understand the impact of any event.
Field Actions
Managing the field workforce is an essential aspect of efficient operations. With field actions organizations can deploy scheduled activities and due dates for the processes. It also provides escalation events and alarms for missing the due dates. Field teams also get access to next actions which evolve with the tasks completed, pending and for any change in process.
Central Reporting
Tracking the distributed workforce and the process takes lots of effort and time. Central reporting allows the management team to view the operations along with their tasks and processes. Asset Tagging
