MASS i-Historian
MASS i-Historian is the scalable data store for equipment and sensor data ingested from different sources and communication protocols. MASS i-Historian supports structured and unstructured data sets with dedicated support for time series data. It provides the operators logic and calculation functions to create derived tags and take informed decisions.
The inbuilt visualization engine allows the operators to view the real-time tags data or filter the historical data for reporting. The alert engine allows to create custom alarms and events. MASS i-Historian comes inbuilt with MASS Gateway to integrate data from various sources e.g. SCADA, OT apps, IT apps, Sensor farm and more.
MASS Sensor Vision
MASS Sensor Vision is the core package to process and analyze data from equipment and other OT / IT applications. Its feature detection engine uses multiple advance models and a scalable dictionary with self-learning capabilities. Sensor vision also features an advanced data transformation engine to process data as per the requirement.
The forecast and correlation engine allow the process owners to efficiently run the operations with estimation of what’s to come ahead. It allows them to take measures preventing unpanned shutdowns, faults and critical errors. Sensor vision provides machine learning libraries to create advance data models for equipment and processes.
MASS Asset Manager
Asset manager allows aggregation of all asset information and process flow for efficient management. It integrates the data to create digital twins with operational parameters of each sensor, equipment or any other asset. Operators can create workflow of multiple assets to simulate on field conditions and find out inefficiencies.
MASS Asset Manager provides HMI link and its visual libraries to provide easy build and edit access to the operator. It also provides dedicated asset database and variables map for testing purposes of equipment, sensors and other assets.
MASS HMI
HMI is the visual frontend of all industrial applications. It allows integration of timeseries and other data sets to visual libraries. Operators can easily visualize digital assets and process workflows for efficient decision-making. It also provides command functions to send control commands to the compute system. MASS HMI supports charts, graphs and other complex features like a pipeline, machines and more.
MASS Gateway
MASS Gateway provides data connection libraries that support multiple protocols like OPC, TCP, MQTT, ModBus and more. It also provides integration with custom APIs from data generation and aggregation systems like SCADA, RTUs, sensor farms and other sources. The gateway also provides ingestion of batch data in various structured and unstructured formats e.g. CSV, Binary, TXT, XML.
MASS Industrial IoT
MASS Industrial IoT provides all the essential packages to run small, medium or large-scale operations involving 1000s of IoT components. Asset and device information allows integration of asset models and their process data. The seamless dashboard provides scalable visualization for seamless view of all components.
MASS Industrial IoT also provides Machine Learning for advanced industrial applications. IIoT apps engine provides APIs to integrate with mobile and web apps for enhanced device view and control.
