MASS i-Historian

MASS i-Historian is the scalable data store for equipment and sensor data ingested from different sources and communication protocols. MASS i-Historian supports structured and unstructured data sets with dedicated support for time series data. It provides the operators logic and calculation functions to create derived tags and take informed decisions.

The inbuilt visualization engine allows the operators to view the real-time tags data or filter the historical data for reporting. The rule engine allows to create custom alarms and events. MASS i-Historian comes inbuilt with MASS Gateway to integrate data from various sources e.g. SCADA, OT apps, IT apps, Sensor farm and more.

MASS Sensor Vision

MASS Sensor Vision is the core package to process and analyze data from equipment and other OT / IT applications. Its feature detection engine uses multiple advance models and a scalable dictionary with self-learning capabilities. Sensor vision also features an advanced data transformation engine to process data as per the requirement.

The forecast and correlation engine allow the process owners to efficiently run the operations with estimation of what’s to come ahead. It allows them to take measures preventing unpanned shutdowns, faults and critical errors.
